Apple & Cinnamon Pancake Mix

Whether you avoid wheat and gluten or not, this pancake mix makes delicious pancakes in minutes. We reckon it's at its best if you make it with soya milk and a tablespoon of olive oil mixed in.
Simply mix it up with soya milk or rice milk (and a bit of oil if you like), and then fry dollops of it in a pan.
One of those gluten-free products that really works, and is a perfect option for vegans and the dairy-free and egg-free too.
