So, yet more research from the dairy industry promoting the benefits of a 'food', but focusing on one aspect without considering all the downsides. You may lose weight, but what they don't tell you is that it will increase your chances of getting breast cancer (men as well as women), osteoporosis and osteoarthritis by 60% . Just don't go there - eat less if you want to lose weight - simple.
